One week Only in Palm Springs

Restaurant Week has taken over this beautiful week in May. In South Palm Springs, we are feeling gentle and cooling gusts of wind with those darn palm tree bits getting everywhere (outdoor diner be aware). While our name may not be in the formal list presented by the folks at visit greater palm springs, we present the following menu priced at the winning number of $39.00. All delicious items, never before seen in the following five course format:

The Andalucian Style served cold with a drizzle of olive oil and a grana padano crisps

Pane All’Aglio

Butter whipped with garlic confit spread on toasted bread

Choice of Starter

Panzanella

toasted to order bread cubes, cucumber, tomatoes, fontina, asiago, capers, lemon vinaigrette and balsamic glaze

Minestre con Verdure

Tomato Vegetable broth with squash, red pepper, carrot, cauliflower, & pasta

Choice of Pasta or Risotto

Spaghetti Alla “Vodka”

The easiest way to describe the dish. The vodka is actually a white and oaky chardonnay

Risotto Verde

Green pepper and pine-nut sauced risotto

Gnocchi e Pesto

Potato gnocchi with garlic basil pesto

Involtini di Manzo

Stuffed with asiago, fontina, mozzarella, grana, parsley, and bread crumbs and cooked with pomodoro sauce

Scallopine di Pollo alla Parmigiana

This classic Italian-American dish is presented with a table-side pour of melted mozzarella on pomodoro sauce
