Must-Try Items

  • Lasagna, our current most ordered item (if you don’t count pizzas), soared to the number one most ordered spot within a month of its release placing ragù in the closest second place since Saverio taught us the recipe a couple years ago. It is eight layers of delicious pasta with cheesy bechamel and dalops of ragù throughout. To show off our three cooked sauces, we garnish with pomodoro, mornay, and ragù. For happy hour at the bar you can order the petite lasagna.
  • Cotoletta di Malliale alla Milanese is a hammered pork-chop that we batter, fry and then pour hot pomodoro sauce with melted cheese on top table-side so the cotoletta is crispy all the way until it gets to you. It’s like a pork katsu.
  • Lemon Ricotta Ravioli come in packs of three, are sauced in a lemon, butter, and sage and filled with lemon whipped ricotta and grana padano. They are bright, light and if you’re lucky, you’ll have extra sauce to mop up with some bread. We highly recommend ordering a plate lemon ricotta ravioli for the table.
